The Price List provides detailed explanations of all terms related to payments under the Flight Compensation Regulation. Any other services offered by Flyy Help will have separate terms.

No Submission Fee: Flyy Help will pursue your claim at no cost to you. If we do not recover the Flight Compensation from the airline, you pay nothing.

Flyy Help's Fee: Once your Flight Compensation is successfully recovered, a portion is deducted as Flyy Help's fee:

For flights up to 1,500 km with a compensation of 250 EUR, Flyy Help’s fee is 99.25 EUR, including VAT.

For intra-EU flights over 1,500 km and flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km with a compensation of 400 EUR, Flyy Help’s fee is 158.80 EUR, including VAT.

For other flights with a compensation of 600 EUR, Flyy Help’s fee is 238.20 EUR, including VAT.

If the compensation amount varies, Flyy Help’s fee is 39.7% of the compensation, including VAT.

Legal Action: If an agreement with the airline cannot be reached or if legal action speeds up the process, Flyy Help will start legal proceedings. In such cases, Flyy Help is entitled to a higher fee to cover legal costs like court fees and attorney expenses.
