Flyy Help can terminate the Agreement if, after careful review, it finds the Claim unlikely to succeed. The Client will be notified.
Flyy Help may also end the Agreement if the Client provides incorrect information, misleading details, or engages in fraudulent actions.
The Client can cancel the Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason by sending a withdrawal notice via email.
If the Client cancels the Agreement after work has started or legal action has begun, Flyy Help may charge for administrative and related costs, including court fees and other expenses. The Client must pay these within 10 days of receiving an invoice from Flyy Help.
If the Client is a consumer under EU regulations and not acting in a business capacity, they can withdraw from the Agreement and regain full ownership of their claim. They must give Flyy Help at least 5 days' written notice. Flyy Help can seek reimbursement for costs incurred upon such termination.
